One area that we’ve always struggled it with was a clear. and direct leadership development process. We cobbled together our own development system over the years with online resources, books, and articles, but it was really hard to be consistent and most importantly, take some of that theory and make it real and applicable to every day.
Uh, so we came across Stewart Leadership and, and really found it incredibly easy to understand and implement. They were useful and specific recommendations that really allowed our leadership team to experience real growth.
It went beyond what great leaders look like and really dives into the behaviors that make them a good leader and how we can continue to grow and refine that. We have seen such incredible growth across all of the leaders in the organization over the past two years since using the Stewart Leadership LEAD NOW! Model.
They’re super engaged, energized, and best of all, they are impacting the lives of their people in meaningful ways from taking their skills and that energy and excitement and rolling that out across their teams.
We’re really grateful to have found Stewart Leadership and we’re excited to continue to partner with them.

How a Digital Marketing Agency Shifted Accountability by Redefining Coaching and Development
In partnership with Stewart Leadership, Rocket Clicks transformed coaching conversations to build ownership and accountability.
Challenge
Coaching conversations felt unproductive, leaving leaders frustrated and employees disengaged, stagnant, and unclear on ownership.
Solution
Stewart Leadership delivered executive and team coaching grounded in LEAD NOW! to shift ownership and accountability.
Results
Managers gained confidence, employees owned development, and coaching focused on progress, solutions, and accountability.
The Challenge:
When Coaching Stops Working
At Rocket Clicks, tensions were quietly building. Employees felt stuck after recurring coaching sessions, while leaders felt equally frustrated by the lack of progress and accountability.
Vice President Nicole Mennicke knew something wasn’t working. She believed in coaching and communication, but conversations with her direct reports weren’t leading to meaningful development. Feedback felt one-sided. Employees waited for direction instead of owning growth. Everyone left conversations feeling deflated.
Nicole didn’t lack commitment, she lacked a framework and shared language. Searching for a better way, she discovered the LEAD NOW! Leadership Development Model and reached out to Stewart Leadership.

The Solution:
Shifting From Direction to Ownership
Before partnering with Stewart Leadership, coaching at Rocket Clicks operated in a 30-day cycle. There were no longer-term development plans, and employees weren’t expected to own their growth.
Initially, Nicole experimented with applying LEAD NOW! concepts on her own. But the real shift came when she and her team began working directly with Daniel Stewart through individual and team coaching.
The coaching reframed expectations away from leaders delivering feedback lists and toward employees taking responsibility for direction, reflection, and action.
As Nicole described it:
“I thought it was my job to come up with all the feedback. What I realized is they needed to own the direction. Stewart Leadership empowered them to do exactly that.”
The model aligned with how people actually learn and change, replacing passive feedback with active ownership.
Ownership Changes Everything
When leaders stop owning development for others, people step up.
At Stewart Leadership, we help organizations transform coaching into a powerful driver of accountability, growth, and engagement..
Results:
Accountability That Sticks
The impact was immediate and lasting.
Nicole described the partnership as “a game-changer.” Coaching conversations became easier, clearer, and more productive. Leaders shifted from dragging employees through development plans to facilitating meaningful progress.
Managers grew more confident. Team members began running their own coaching sessions, focusing on progress and problem-solving instead of performance reviews. Accountability moved where it belonged — with the individual.
As Nicole shared:
“Daniel has taught me how to be a better coach just by being my coach.”
The culture shifted. The team became energized, engaged, and proactive, no longer waiting for leadership to develop them.
