Since 1980, Stewart Leadership has been developing leaders, building high-performance teams, and supporting organizations to achieve strategic results. Stewart Leadership was founded by John Parker Stewart, who developed his passion for leadership development while at Lockheed. John recognized this work as his calling and has continued to inspire leaders in Fortune 500 and midsize companies, government agencies, and start-ups around the world ever since. His contagious enthusiasm for leadership development and the power of great teaming has not only inspired tens of thousands of leaders in the business world; it also inspired those around his family dinner table.

After growing up learning about leadership fundamentals from their father, John’s sons embraced his passion for developing others. Daniel completed a Masters in Organizational Development and spent the next ten years leading organizational change and leadership projects for corporations including Jet Blue and Kohl’s Department Stores. During this time, Peter completed his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in assessment design. He then worked in private practice supporting individual and social development for his clients. The three joined forces to enact their shared vision of building strong, agile leaders and empowering teams that form the foundation of successful organizations.

Today, Stewart Leadership has an extensive team of dedicated and affiliate consultants, coaches, and trainers throughout the United States, and global partners in China and the Middle East. While Stewart Leadership has historical roots in aerospace, government contracting, and advanced manufacturing they have expanded as a full-service human capital organization working in diverse industries including professional services, pharma, retail, healthcare, education, insurance, financial services, telecommunications and many more.
