EO Johnson Business Technologies, Inc. is a company rooted in a 60+ year history with a focus on its employees and customers. Annually, they hold a two-day off-site leadership event to kick off the year, celebrate successes, and develop their leaders to enable future growth.
It was important to EO Johnson that the keynote speaker for the event tailor the presentation to align with the company mission, vision, core values, and behaviors to live by. The speaker needed to provide practical and integrated leadership principles and tools to strengthen current and future leadership performance.

Solution
After meeting with the President, VP of HR, and the Executive team, Daniel Stewart, president of Stewart Leadership, designed a customized 90 min presentation called, “Balancing Business Results & People Results.” The LEAD NOW! Leadership Development Model was the foundation of the engaging and interactive session emphasizing the importance of leaders being effective in creating purpose, delivering excellence, developing self and others, and leading change.
Each leader received a copy of LEAD NOW! A Personal Leadership Coaching Guide, an award-winning resource for leaders organized around 21 dimensions such as decision-making, customer focus, coaching, innovation, and more. During the session, the leaders selected a focus area and left with specific tips and actions to immediately put into practice. Daniel also attended other sessions of the event and then weaved key points from presenters about change, process improvement, and company growth into his remarks.
