Dr. Carol’s credentials are extensive and impressive. She’s achieved multiple certifications including a Management Development certification from Harvard University, the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation through the International Coaching Federation, is a certified 360Reach Strategist and Salary Negotiator, and holds the title of Master Certified Executive Coach. In addition, she holds a Doctorate in Jurisprudence from Chicago-Kent College of Law, has two Master’s degrees in Human Development and Organizational Development, and a Doctorate in Leadership and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University.

An avid globe-trotter, she loves exploring the diverse cuisines and cultures of the world, having visited 16 countries. Her coaching accolades include mentoring a Grammy Award Winner and Paralympic Gold Medalist; and beyond her professional endeavors, she trained as a mezzo-soprano at the Chicago Conservatory of Music.
