Executive Consultant & Coach

Dara Rossi, Ph.D., PCC is an executive leadership coach, consultant, speaker,
and trainer with an MBA and a master’s in Dispute Resolution.

Her experience includes coaching both senior and mid-level leaders globally
across many industries. Dara has had the opportunity to work with Fortune
500 companies, nonprofits, government organizations, and educational
institutions. Her coaching and facilitation style reflects her belief that
everyone can play a little bigger and lead a little stronger, and she is
dedicated to fully understanding her clients, their roles, career paths, and
workplace challenges to help them achieve their goals.

She currently serves on the Board of the International Coaching Federation-
North Texas. In addition to her coaching and consulting work, Dara teaches
graduate coaching university courses and enjoys facilitating training and
development programs for many clients.
