She has conducted thousands of 1:1 and group coaching sessions in Leadership Development & Executive Communication. Rachel spent several years at IBM and Applied Materials coaching managers and leaders to communicate and lead with greater impact. She facilitated “Interpersonal Group Dynamics” in Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. A coach to C-Levels and rising leaders for daily communication and keynotes at industry conferences and events like SXSW, she coaches clients to be more strategic and impactful. At CHIEF, her facilitation holds a c-sat score of 4.85. Her coaching empowers clients to develop the skills they need to accelerate their careers.
Rachel lives in San Francisco with her partner David and enjoys local arts and culture. She is passionate about travel, with recent trips to Puglia, Italy, Mexico City, London, and Asheville, NC.
