About Heather Ramsey
As a true believer in leadership at all levels of an organization, Heather Ramsey has been building core competencies in individuals and teams for over 25 years. Her education and experience include a mix of business, counseling, and education. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation with a B.S. in Business Management and minor in Psychology from Northeastern University and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University.
Heather is known for developing and delivering coaching and training that is experiential and allows people to “get real” so they can productively design and create their success. She carries a world lens and pulls from her experiences of living and working abroad. Heather has customized and delivered hundreds of programs and integrates a practical, experiential method to each one.
Her ability to create self-awareness, focus on core strengths, and objectively approach situations allows clients to identify their purpose, remove barriers and confidently step forward on their leadership path. Having coached hundreds of clients, Heather has walked with people through almost every corporate experience out there. She thrives on helping clients find their voice, amplify their influence, stay above the line, and utilize multiple perspectives towards creating positive impact within their organization.
