About Dee Maddox

Dee Maddox is an executive consultant, coach, and leadership trainer with over twenty
years of experience in human resources across multiple industries and states and a
master’s level education.

Dee strongly believes that the most critical factor in any business is its people. She
holds the core belief that demanding excellence in everything leads to success. Dee is a
highly skilled trainer, an acclaimed public speaker, a published author, and a regular
guest on various podcasts.

Her contributions were recently recognized when she was named one of the 2023 Your
Hour, Her Power Women’s History Month Honorees, 2022 Junior League of Collin
County Volunteer of the Year, and 2021 graduate of Leadership Frisco. Dee is
particularly proud of her role as the Human Capital Team Lead for the NASA Space
Shuttle Retirement.

Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Dee has been residing in Frisco, Texas, for the
past 12 years. She has been happily married for 25 years and has two young adult
children
