About Kaitlin Henze

Solving complex problems and helping teams get “unstuck” is Kaitlin’s specialty! Kaitlin believes there is not one “right” process, area of expertise, or methodology that can help you be successful in satisfying your customers, growing as a leadership team, and engaging your employees.

She pulls on her vast array of business experiences paired with her desire to make mindfulness and compassion accessible to teams in the workplace. This provides teams with an engaging and valuable experience that creates lasting impacts on your teams and customers. Over Kaitlin’s almost 20 year career, she has led HR teams and provided organizational effectiveness, change management, leadership development, and strategic planning consulting for clients including Husco, SPX, American Family Insurance and Trimble.

Some notable accomplishments in these roles include leading the organizational re design for global Finance, IT, and Product teams, creating and implementing change management strategies to merge multiple operating companies into one team, and building and facilitating a change management upskilling program for people leaders. Kaitlin holds a diverse range of certifications spanning organizational change, strategy development, design thinking, human resources, product management, and communication.

Notable certifications include becoming a Change Management Practitioner from Prosci, Certified OKR Coach for Strategy Development from Workboard, and received a Change Leadership Certification and Advanced Design Thinking Certification from IDEO University.

Additionally, Kaitlin gained certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HCRI, a Product Manager from Aha!, a Mindful Communication Coach from Mindful Schools, and a Nonviolent Communication Mentor from NYNVC. This knowledge paired with her on the job experience allows Kaitlin to be a valuable asset to her clients in a variety of areas.
