Michelle Greenstreet is a tenured executive who has held various leadership roles in
public and private companies, serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief
Administrative Officer, and Chief Operations Officer. She currently does fractional
and interim advisory services in Human Capital Management and People Operations for
small to mid-cap businesses. She has led and managed multiple HR functions, Information
Technology, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Organizational Design and
Effectiveness, Culture Transformation, and various large-scale global projects.

Michelle has worked in global banking, financial services, manufacturing,
technology solutions, commercial real estate, transportation, and logistics. Most recently she
was the Chief People & Operations Officer for LURIN Advisors, a commercial real estate
company. Prior to her role at LURIN, she was the Chief People & Administrative
Officer at Stearns Lending, a financial services company, and at Spirit Realty Capital, a
publicly traded real estate investment trust.

Michelle spent much of her career in the
financial services sector, serving in various senior human resource and business advisory
roles at Citigroup, Inc. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Administration, Political Science degree from Texas
A&M University-Commerce and is currently on the Advisory Board of the business school
of Texas A&M, Commerce
