About Drew Fleck
Drew is a results-oriented organizational leader, certified executive coach, behavioral scientist, consultant, facilitator, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience building and aligning human and organizational systems to support corporate goals for a wide variety of local, national, and international firms.
He is an expert in leadership, learning, organization design, organization development, intercultural business, innovation, and entrepreneurship, with a reputation for transforming organizational systems from a transactional approach to a strategic business function and helping individuals discover their true potential.
In his coaching practice, Drew helps leaders at all levels grow from the inside out—he recognizes that his clients are on a personal journey of growth and discovery that will help them become more self-aware and able to use their strengths in more strategic ways. Versed in a variety of assessment tools, he works with his clients to design customized coaching experiences to help them improve their productivity, performance, and satisfaction so they can enhance their careers and organizations while living more fulfilling lives.
In his consulting practice, Drew helps organizations of all sizes effectively assess, design, develop, and implement leadership and change management projects and programs. These include, but are not limited to, cross-functional team alignment, executive coaching, leadership development, learning, organizational design and development, performance consulting, cultural intelligence, and operational effectiveness.
Over his career, he performed a number of strategic roles that have taken him throughout the world and allowed him to collaborate and partner with professionals at all organizational levels, in organizations large and small, in a variety of countries and cultures, across multiple generations. Along the way, Drew worked with Dell, GM, Microsoft, Toshiba, and a number of smaller organizations and startups to help them set-up and manage a variety of business strategies, programs, and projects.
Drew’s education includes a Master’s degree and Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems, from Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara. He also has a Master’s degree in Management & Organizational Behavior with emphases in International Business and Training & Development.
