Steve Crosby, MEd, ACC is an ICF certified coach, leadership and team development consultant and facilitator that has served to support and develop leaders and teams in the private, non-profit and public sector for decades.

Steve helps accomplished professionals to co-create their own meaningful solutions for lasting behavioral changes that are aligned with their goals and personal style. He has worked with C-suite executives, medical and PhD research professionals, financial services leaders, start-up entrepreneurs, and executive leadership teams. He partners side-by-side to help them develop into the kind of leaders, colleagues and humans they want to become. Steve’s warm, direct style has been described as “mind-shifting”, and “uncomfortable, but in a good way”, and is always anchored in strong sense of compassion and fun. His background also incorporates mindfulness and a variety of approaches that foster resilience and a positive mindset.

From working with high level and emerging leaders, to dynamic teams, Steve’s diverse experience includes facilitation, coaching, research, training, and experiential learning. He has served a wide range of organizations including: Outward Bound, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Action Learning Associates, Exact Sciences, Amgen, The University of Denver’s Executive Education and MBA program, Patagonia, The Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center, and The University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Steve holds a Master of Education in Adult Education from the University of Auckland, NZ, a BA from the University of New Hampshire, and he is also a graduate of Newfield Network’s ICF Accredited Coaching program. He is certified as a LEAD NOW! 360 facilitator, a Situational Leadership Trainer and has worked with DiSC, Insights, TKI/Conflict, and a variety of other assessments. Steve was born in Queens, NY, has lived overseas, and currently lives in Colorado where he loves spending time in the backcountry, skiing, cycling, meditating, and playing music.
