Vic’s prior experience includes working for Fortune 500, medium and small sized businesses as well as public entities as an executive in human resources and attorney. In her 25+ years of leadership experience, she has held roles as a Human Resources Vice President in Talent Management, Vice President of M&A-Integration, an HR Business Partner, HR Operations Director and Labor-Employment Attorney. She established successful engagement programs, leadership development curricula, succession planning, performance management, process improvement, compliance procedures and technology solutions. She has led all areas of organizational development from talent acquisition through end of employment with results in industry-leading fill times, decreased cost per hire, improved internal mobility, increased diversity hiring, strengthened engagement, and accelerated retention.

While Vic’s focus is talent management, she also has extensive experience as an HR business partner and HR compliance executive. She has served as trusted advisor to senior leaders as business partner through individual issues and large-scale organizational changes including but not limited to leading change management. She has a keen ability to understand business and issues, gets to root causes, facilitates problem solving, and collaborates to action plan and implementation. She also has created compliance programs for wage and hour issues, employment status concerns, and various filing requirements. She led the creation of assessment criteria and protocols for the review and revision of company-wide policies and procedures to achieve organizational goals while complying with federal, state and local law.

Vic earned her Juris Doctorate of Law from University of Wisconsin-Madison. She resides in the Milwaukee area with her family where she is active in the local community including service on the Board of Directors for Curative Care Network.
