Vicki Updike is an author, speaker, executive consultant, and coach. With former experience as president of Silver Star Brands, c-suite executive, and marketing leader, Vicki brings a unique perspective to her work as an executive consultant, coach, and advisor. She enjoys partnering with her clients in the areas of strategic planning and execution, organizational development, leadership coaching, and high-performing teams.
As founder and CEO of New Sage Strategies, and author of “Navigating Your Journey,” Vicki has a passion for women’s leadership development to equip women with the tactics, strategies, and confidence to build their career and achieve their goals.
Vicki is committed to helping create strong, effective leaders and leadership teams. She loves a good challenge and leans on her knowledge and experiences to help build results-minded leadership qualities in each person or group she gets the privilege to work alongside.
As a life-long learner, she is working towards her Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) in 2023 with the International Coaching Federation through Accomplishment Coaching. She earned her BBA at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and MBA from New York Institute of Technology (NYIT).
Vicki is a long-time resident of northeast Wisconsin where she lives with her husband Jim. She has two grown children and realizes that they are her greatest accomplishment.
