He started his work life in 1996. He worked as a senior executive CFO at Banksoft, which provides payment systems software solutions in the banking sector. Today, the company is one of the leading software companies in the sector and is a business partner of Microsoft, VISA and Mastercard, it provides payment systems software, integration and consultancy services to 10 different countries with its banking software solutions.
In his 23 year of active working life Tuna Aktuna assumed many important roles offering his global and local knowledge. Some of these includes creating talented productive teams in information technologies and integrating them into the company culture to ensure continuity and relationship management of high-level costumer relations. As well as audit management, improving business, negotiation and management of contracts and strategic decision making.
He started his coaching journey with his curiosity to learn and his interest in human potential. After completing his ACTP coaching training, he became one of the international coaches with the title of PCC (Professional Coach Certificate) presented by ICF. He then completed the Erickson Coaching International training and received the NLP Master title. He completed his trainings on Transactional Analysis (TA). He completed the Training of Trainers Certificate programs at Marmara University. He later on finished Training od Trainees Program of The Inner Game International School and became one of the facilitators of The Inner Game
In ICF Turkey he became a Board Member and Vice Chairman for 2020-2022 term. Aktuna also is the project leader and the designer for ICF Turkey and Turkish Education Association joined project called ‘10.000 Genç Meşale Daha Aydınlık Türkiye’. The project received the “Gift of Coaching” award by ICF Global in 2020.
He is a licensed veteran tennis player of International Tennis Federation (ITF) and Turkey Tennis Federation (TTF). Aktuna also is one of the founders of the Tennis Arena Platform. As an Executive Coach and Team Coach, he offers coaching programs to individuals and institutions that want to achieve their goals.
He is also Co-Founder of Business Coaching – BuCo Akademi Inc., which is Representative of Stewart Leadership in Turkey. He is a member of ICF Global Turkey, PERYÖN and Doga Society.
