Tim comes to Stewart Leadership with experience as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at StoryBolt, an innovative diversity and inclusion start-up, where he helped organizations harness the value of diversity, inclusion, and mental health thru film and dialog. Prior to his role as CRO, he led business development for 10 years at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), where he got certified, learned, practiced, coached, created, and facilitated leadership learning – impacting over twenty thousand lives while at CCL. Tim has a passion for designing development at scale to democratize leadership for the masses.
Based in San Diego, California, Tim has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Marketing from South University and a Bachelor Degree (BA) in Political Science with a specialization in Economics from San Diego State University. Tim is an experienced traveler and enjoys diversity and culture. With personal ties to Latin America, his studies throughout his educational career have focused primarily on economies and politics of Latin America and the Caribbean. Tim is natively fluent in English, conversational Spanish, and has a working knowledge of Portuguese.
Tim stays healthy and active in San Diego, California by practicing pilates, swimming, and paddle boarding. He is a promoter of mental health and internal healing. Through his own healing, Tim has explored and researched emotions and the effects on internal body systems. Since coming out, Tim has been involved in LGBTQ+ advocacy. He currently serves as a Board Member of the San Diego Equality Business Association and is focused on helping build young diverse LGBT entrepreneurs.
