As a HCM consultant/ coach of leaders, teams and HR business partners she helps design strategically defined transformational people and organizational initiatives.

Rosy has a unique background as an HRIS Analyst, an instructional designer and a talent management consultant. She helps leaders visualize and communicate a systems-oriented, macro view of their business’ value proposition and translates this through client focused engagement strategies.

With over 17 years of experience in Human Capital Management, she has a proven track record of building trusted relationships with her clients and prioritizing their needs. Over Rosy’s 17-year career, she has had the opportunity to work with diverse clients in the US and India to achieve alignment of work processes, technology, people, metrics, and rewards. She is passionate about building and growing people.

Rosy graduated from Columbia University with a major in Instructional Design and Technology. She has two bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Development and Business Management. She is a certified Senior Human Resources Professional (SHRM-SCP) with the Society for Human Resources Management.

Rosy spent her formative years in India and the last two decades in NYC fully embracing the two different cultures and the opportunities and challenges they bring. She recently relocated to Dallas, and resides, with her husband and three children.
