Mike Touhey

Mike has held senior executive operating roles for over 20 years working for organizations including Metavante, Fiserv, Right Management, and Jefferson Wells. Complementing this corporate background is Mike’s executive coaching expertise working with clients in diverse industries of technology, business services, insurance, consulting, banking, credit unions, manufacturing, legal, health care, distribution, higher education and non-profits.

Having “walked in the shoes” of leaders at all levels, Mike understands the challenges leaders face daily such as visioning for their organization, strategic planning, effective communication, leading change, managing organizational dynamics, developing teams, collaborating across the organization, and working with competing priorities and finite resources.

Mike works with his clients to grow and develop their critical leadership behaviors to be more effective in current roles, as well as preparing them for future opportunities with greater responsibility. His coaching style allows his clients to accelerate their own professional growth and development resulting in greater impact for their organization.

He is a graduate from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an MBA. Mike has participated in executive training programs at Harvard University, Northwestern University, and the University of Chicago. He received his Executive Coach training from Corporate CoachU and is certified with the International Coach Federation.

Mike and his wife Mimi live in Milwaukee, WI, and have three adult children.
