Mike works with individual leaders and executives to raise their leadership impact and with executive teams to eliminate dysfunction, generate sustainable results, and grow the business.

For the first 18 years of his career, Mike worked internally for organizations such as Mount Sinai Medical Center, NASA, Sun Microsystems, and Yum Brands (Pizza Hut) in the fields of Leadership Development and HR.  For the past 9 years, Mike has coached senior level executives across a wide range of industries.

Mike’s approach with leaders is to understand their goals, assess their personal impact within the organization, and guide them to implement strategies and actions intended to raise their effectiveness, get more career satisfaction, and grow the business.  Every leader is unique and there are no one-size-fits-all solutions.  Growth as a leader starts within the person, radiates out to how they interact with others, and manifests as tangible change in the world around them.
