Matthew Kosec brings an excellent combination of experience, education, and consulting to learning and development engagements. Matt is inspired by his personal mission of helping build as many companies and organizations that he’d be proud to see his own children work for someday.
Matt founded Matthew Kosec Consulting, LLC in 2018 in addition to having over a decade of consulting experience as a part-time Consulting Partner with Dallas-based Trammell McGee-Cooper and Associates, Inc. Matt has developed and led an array of leadership development programs, ranging from foundational servant leadership training for every member of a Dallas-area “Best Place to Work,” organization to delivering leadership seminars that operationalized company goals for front-line leaders of a major domestic airline at one of their busiest airports, to leadership summits for national multi-unit companies. He’s led an array of unique team building events, including DISC-based “escape room” events.
Matt’s professional experiences lend a unique aspect to his speaking and group facilitation style. With his sixteen years of service in the public sector and nearly six years in the private sector (both large and small companies), Matt brings organizational experiences, memorable stories, and vulnerable moments that are appreciated by event participants.
Perhaps most importantly, Matt brings energy that Clients have described as “indefatigable” and good, clean fun that helps to engage participants’ minds and hearts.
Recognizing the importance of life-long learning, Matt’s educational background, especially his Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, provide an important technical and intellectual foundation to his work. His DISC communication preferred style – “I” with a secondary “C” – offers a unique combination of persuasive facilitation, backed up with careful structure and documentation.
