Kristin Derwinski is a Talent and Culture Leader with a passion to drive Change and Business Transformation. She is a strong listener who can quickly identify simple business solutions to drive results. With over 25 years of experience in talent development, performance management and business process and system design, she has developed strong business partnerships and credibility across the globe.
Kristin has served in various internal domestic and international HR Leadership roles throughout her career in retail and manufacturing. She has extensive experience working in varying capacities across an HR function including: Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Management, Change Management, Executive Leadership Development, Succession Management, Job Architecture and Organizational Design. She has spent her career working with leaders to build high performing and development cultures.
Kristin has led change management initiatives for several major global business process and system design projects. She was the Program Director for an HR business process and system project, and served as the Change Lead for two global, multiyear SAP projects.
She graduated from Marquette University with a master’s in business administration (MBA) in 2001 and from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse with a major in Business Administration and Spanish in 1995. She has certifications in various talent management and development workshops and tools.
Kristin and her family reside in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Kristin, her husband and three children love the outdoors and spend their free time biking, paddling, hiking, swimming and down hill skiing.
