Kristin served inside organizations for over 25 years, where she built high-performing teams, designed short- and long-term strategies to upskill global leaders, and learned the tools and mindsets critical for leading and sustaining change.

As a consultant, Kristin has served as a strategic advisor, coach, facilitator, and project manager in a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, health care, financial services, legal and non-profit.  She creates an environment where individuals can be themselves, lean into their strengths, and develop new skills. She works diligently to simplify challenging concepts so they can be practically applied and repeated. Her goal is to inspire every leader to practice something new every day, even when it is uncomfortable.

Kristin speaks on topics of particular interest such as teaming, change management, executive presence, career development, energy management, and all things leadership.
