In her current capacity as an Executive Consultant and Coach with Stewart Leadership, Kristin advises executives in a wide range of areas, including internal relationship development, brand building and management, change and transformation, and sharing clarity around roles and responsibilities to run an effective business. Kristin helps people uncover and leverage their strengths in new and inspiring ways to facilitate goal attainment. She engages in active listening to help individuals build successful leadership styles that resonate organization wide. She also orchestrated global restructuring efforts that saved one organization $30M and a subsequent transformation effort that reduced costs by $10M. Kristin has been instrumental in providing leadership with a level of strategic guidance that ensured existing and departing employees remained engaged and committed to the changes impacting the organization. She worked proactively with employees in the US, Europe, China, and Japan and drove succession planning efforts to establish the company’s leadership bench for the future.

Kristin completed her Master of Business Administration from Marquette University and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse. She is the current President Elect for the Association of Talent Development for SE Wisconsin. She speaks fluent Spanish. Kristin resides with her family in Wisconsin.
