KELLY Mundth

Kelly is an experienced leadership consultant, facilitator, and coach with a background working in a variety of industries including medical diagnostics and device, pharmaceuticals, retail, consumer goods, and more. She works with leaders, teams, and organizations in the areas of leadership effectiveness, career development, and commercial growth. Kelly is an experienced facilitator and learning and development leader who takes pride in helping her clients achieve their goals. She guides her clients in finding the formula for success in areas like career development, leadership development (workshops, programs, coaching & more), team building, communication, emerging leaders, organizational change, vision planning, and operational process.

Kelly has over 20 years of experience in various capacities in the corporate and private space including The Coca Cola Company and Exact Sciences. Along with her corporate background she has held roles in learning and development, business operations, sales leadership, program/project management, change management, human centered design, and corporate strategy. She enjoys working with a variety of clients in different industries delivering sustainable coaching and facilitation on numerous topics. She is energized by meaningful connections with people working toward a shared goal.

She earned her MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business at UW-Madison and her Bachelor of Science in biology from Ripon. Kelly is certified in LEAD NOW! 360, Teaming for Success, Situational Leadership, and Insight Selling.

Kelly and her husband Justin live in Madison, WI, and have two younger kiddos. When she is not working with clients you will find her in a hot yoga studio, running through Madison and spending time with family and friends.
