Erin M. Ellis is an experienced leader with a diverse background in leadership development, organization effectiveness, culture, and change management. Throughout her career, she has worked with thousands of internal and external clients, successfully identifying and creating solutions for their unique needs. Erin has designed and implemented talent solutions at the organization, team, and individual leader levels. She has developed a brand of being a trusted advisor and brings a passion for partnership and solutions discovery to every client engagement.

Over the past 20+ years, Erin has practiced all aspects of talent development in-house with General Electric Company and Hertz Corporation, and as a consultant & coach with numerous clients in industries such as financial services, software, pharma, bio tech, healthcare IT, energy, pest control, hospitality, packaged foods, fin tech, manufacturing, and medical. Her background has breadth with demonstrated success in both generalist and specialist roles. Erin’s career has been focused on people client partnership, executive assessment and coaching, talent management, leadership development, culture transformation, and process improvement.

She graduated from the University of New Haven with a Master of Arts in Industrial / Organizational Psychology and has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Albright College. She is a practitioner and coach for many assessments, including the Birkman Method, Predictive Index and DISC. In addition to her passion for developing talent, Erin also enjoys facilitating process improvement initiatives as she has been certified and trained in Six Sigma methodology.

Erin is originally from Pennsylvania, has called home to 8 US states, and loves to travel. She currently resides in Naples, Florida, with her husband, Wade, and their two sons. When she is not serving clients, she can typically be found supporting her sons in their sporting events, or skiing and hiking in the mountains of Maine.
