Dennis Blasius is an executive, leadership, and workplace development ICF PCC certified coach. He provides executive and leadership coaching services to senior executives in private industry, public service employees and non-profit agencies.

Leveraging many years as a senior leader, mentor and a PCC level certified coach, Dennis Blasius has helped senior executives, middle managers, and employees at all levels improve their job satisfaction and performance without neglecting their personal lives or compromising their values.

He holds a master’s degree in Managerial Communication and genuinely enjoys motivating and inspiring people on a one-on-one basis. Dennis is well-versed in executive leadership development theory and practice and professional coaching methods. He is certified in various psychometric assessments and is also a certified career development coach. Dennis has coached hundreds of individuals employed by fortune 500 corporations, small businesses — and all of us in between! He is also considered an expert in consumer product safety legal compliance.

Dennis retired from a senior leader position in the federal government to run his own consulting business. In addition, Dennis has been responsible for program development and coordination of several Product Safety Management certificate courses held in partnership with the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business “Center for Supply Chain Management Studies” at St. Louis University. He is currently a mentor coach with the University of Wisconsin – Madison Professional Coach Certification program, sharing his expertise with new coaches in training.

Dennis has served on a number of boards and committees, including the Board of Directors of The Coach Initiative www.coachinitiative.org, a non-profit organization that provides leadership coaching to support nonprofit initiatives worldwide.

Dennis has traveled extensively, lived overseas, and been exposed to many different cultures. He recognizes that while we are all individuals, we also have similar hopes and dreams. Honesty, respect for others, courage, diligence, reliability, fairness… all of these are important to Dennis, and each is valuable in coaching. His goal is to help his clients gain fresh perspective to improve their satisfaction with both their career and life.
