Deirdre Robinson has extensive Global Human Resources leadership experience in the areas of strategic client consulting, enterprise workforce planning and development, talent management/acquisition, organizational effectiveness/development, learning and leadership development, compensation/benefits administration design, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Ms. Robinson holds a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of South Carolina. She holds certifications as Senior Professional Human Resources, Society of Human Resources – Senior Certified Professional, Strategic Workforce Planning, Senior Professional in Corporate University, Myers Briggs, Lominger Leadership Architecture, Crucial Conversations, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, and Prosci ADKAR.

Ms. Robinson is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management, Association for Talent Development, American College of Healthcare Executives, and American Society for Healthcare Human Resource Administration. She has formerly served on the California Health Occupational Students of America Governing Board, d California Healthcare Association Allied “Health Workforce Shortage Committee,” California Healthcare Workforce Alliance and Western Governors’ University Executive Governing Council.

Ms. Robinson is the 2013 Spelman College’s Health Careers Program “Advocacy Award” recipient (First person to ever receive this award).
