Claudia Chávez is a Career and Executive Coach with over 25 years of organizational experience in both multinational companies and as an entrepreneur. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and is thus able to coach or present in whichever language her client chooses. Her organizational experience began in Human Resources and then transitioned to Market Insights and Consumer Psychology where she had the opportunity to serve as a consultant and facilitator for various companies in the Consumer Goods, Retail, Financial Industries and non-profit.

She has been part of the faculty for Universidad Iberoamericana in Monterrey, México and was part of the adjunct faculty for Psychology at UAGM, a private dual-language institution in the Dallas area. Currently Claudia is Director for Strategic Initiatives for Career Management Partners, a Talent Development Firm in the Dallas Area. And is a Coaching contributor with Stewart Leadership also in the Dallas Area.

Claudia serves on the Advisory Board for Latino Career Assessment TM, a new tool to help the Latino Community develop in Corporate America. Claudia holds a Master in Humanistic Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana; an Executive and Professional Coaching Graduate Certification from the School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas, a program accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF); a Diversity and Inclusion Certification from Cornell University; a Market Research Specialization from the American Marketing Association; a Certification in Conversational Intelligence by WBECS; a Certification on MBTI by CPP.

She also holds a PCC credential by the ICF. Claudia is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and of the Hispanic Women Network of Texas.

Throughout her career she has been known for being pragmatic, driven and delivering results at a fast pace. Her facilitation style anchors in the pragmatical and experiential delivery and includes topics across the leadership, effective communication, conflict resolutions and interpersonal interaction areas.

Claudia’s main interest is in helping executives better move forward by working with their strengths. Whether discovering their career paths, redefining their experience in a new environment, facing multicultural environments and diversity challenges, or working through everyday circumstances, her humanistic approach brings access to self- awareness and positive self-image. She currently resides in the Dallas area with her husband.
