She has previously held several positions at reputable academic institutions such as AMIDEAST and the American University in Cairo.
Maha has managed and delivered Soft Skills and Managerial training programs for numerous corporate and governmental clients in different industries such as Software companies, FMCGs, Petroleum, Construction and NGOs in Egypt and the Middle East.
She is also a leadership development consultant who has designed and delivered Leadership Development Programs for the middle and top managers in different organizations including the different phases of competency assessment, building leadership competency models, and coaching leaders. She is a registered assessor in the British Psychological Society (BPS).
