Bill is an interactive, authentic, and engaging facilitator/trainer and executive coach with over fifteen years of facilitation/training, executive coaching, sales and marketing, and sales training experiences. He has a naturally positive attitude and a sincere passion to help organizations, teams, and individuals achieve their goals and

succeed. Bill’s experience in executive facilitation/training includes clients from industries such as medical, pharmaceuticals, international banking and finance, health and wellness, consumer and retail, multi-national automotive suppliers, higher-education, manufacturing, construction management, faith- based and non-profit organizations, and consulting firms.

Bill has worked with large-scale to start-up organizations to help define strategy and set clear goals and objectives, inspire teams, and develop strong people skills. A visionary professional leader with over 15 years of adult development experiences, Bill has a sincere passion to successfully motivate and quide individuals and organizations to strive for and reach their full potential. Additionally, he has expertise in adult learning and interactive training. He fosters a learning environment that is fun, enlightening, interactive, and challenging.

The combination of Bill’s professional experiences, complimented with his specialized training and certifications (including the gold standard of executive coach certification through the International Coaching Federation), provides him with the expertise that helps leaders vault to higher levels of achievement.

Bill received his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and his master of arts (MA) degree from the University of South Florida.He is a certified Emotional Intelligence Assessment and Presenter – EQ-i 2.0; EQ-i 360; The Emotionally Effective Leader Workshop Presenter, as well as a Success Principles Certified Trainer – Jack Canfield Certified Success Principles Trainer, is an ICF (International Coaching Federation) ACC certified executive coach, certified in LeadNow! self and 360 leadership assessment, and is Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certified.

Additionally, Bill works as a Talent Development Consultant and Executive Coach for Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH) and has over 15 years’ professional experience in Fortune 500 organizations, including pharmaceutical and medical organizations. He has over 12 years’ experience in higher education student development and administration, and in addition to his facilitation/training and executive coaching practice, Bill is also an instructor in the Corporate Training Center for Florida Southwestern State College.
