Over the past fifteen years Nolan has served as a global organizational development executive and consultant delivering organization transformation, strategic planning, talent management, team development, and employee experience solutions for organizations in the healthcare, aerospace and defense, pharmaceutical, and high-tech industries.

He graduated from Weber State University with a BA in Business Administration and earned an MBA in organizational behavior from Brigham Young University, where he was a Dalton Scholar. He is certified in M&A Integration, change management, LEAD NOW! Self-Assessment and 360, and Hogan Assessments.

Nolan resides in Dallas / Fort-Worth with his wife and children. He has lived coast-to-coast and across the United States and in Brazil and maintains Portuguese fluency.
