1. 2-Day Manager Skills Training
Stewart Leadership led an immersive two-day learning experience that brought the company’s sales managers together as a cohort. Through interactive discussions and exercises, managers learned from each other’s experiences, explored how leadership behaviors show up in their daily work, and committed to specific development actions.
In close collaboration with company leaders, Stewart Leadership customized the content to align with the organization’s culture, growth priorities, and internal language — ensuring the training felt relevant, actionable, and real.
Each participant received a Manager Skills Accelerator Toolkit, complete with articles, checklists, templates, and worksheets to reinforce learning and sustain momentum.
2. LEAD NOW!® 360 Assessment
Following the workshop, participants completed Stewart Leadership’s LEAD NOW!® 360 Assessment, gaining feedback on 21 leadership dimensions — from creating purpose and delivering excellence to developing others and leading change.
This assessment helped managers confirm known strengths while identifying blind spots and development priorities, turning insights into individualized action plans.
3. Manager Involvement and Support
