Building High Performing Teams
A 1-2 day interactive experience that takes an intact team or a group of leaders and teaches and applies the 10 rules for amazingly high performing teams. Leaders leave with the tools and skills to build successful teams and to be more collaborative across silos.
Leading With Executive Presence
Ideal for high potential leaders, this 1-2 day program, explains the four essential parts of building credibility as leader. Participants practice executive presence through engaging activities and even videotaped experiences with feedback. This program is often best implemented with one-on-one coaching before and after the training.
This 3-4 day experience is designed for front-line and middle managers to teach them the essentials of being a successful manager. This is a highly engaging course that provides tools for the five core functions of management: Planning, Organizing, Teaming, Empowering, and Following Up.
