Nicole Seichter supports leaders and organizations in building high-performing, healthy cultures where people can do their best work and collaborate effectively. With over 17 years of international experience, she brings together deep coaching expertise with a strong understanding of how organizations actually function in practice.
Her work focuses on one of the most critical leadership transitions: moving from being a strong individual contributor to becoming an effective leader of people. Nicole helps leaders translate leadership from concept into daily behavior — making it tangible in conversations, decisions, and team dynamics.
As a Gallup® Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, Nicole has conducted more than 1,500 individual strengths debriefs and facilitated over 200 leadership and team workshops across Europe and the United States. Her approach combines strengths-based development, leadership practice, and mindful culture work.
Nicole is also the author of ENJOY – Strengths-Based Stress and Burnout Prevention, a book that supports leaders and professionals in building resilience, managing stress more effectively, and sustaining performance in demanding environments.
Before focusing fully on coaching and consulting, Nicole held roles in marketing and management and worked internationally, including several years in the United States. This experience allows her to connect easily with leaders in complex, fast-paced environments and translate development into practical action.
Nicole is based in Germany and works internationally with corporate, mid-sized, and project-based organizations across industries.
