Nicole Anderson has spent over two decades helping leaders step into their full potential and purpose while navigating seasons of significant organizational change. What sets Nicole apart is her ability to sit at the intersection of leadership development and organizational design, bringing both the strategic consulting expertise to address complex organizational challenges and the empathetic leadership skills to guide executive teams through the human side of transformation. Nicole specializes in executive advising, leadership development program design, organizational culture change, and strategic organizational consulting.
With 25+ years of experience spanning human-centered change management and organizational development, Nicole has facilitated 500+ leadership team sessions across government, corporate, and higher education sectors. As a former Vice President of People for a federal consulting firm, she brings an intimate understanding that everything is connected when working with senior leaders: the operations, the processes, the people, and how they’re designed. This comprehensive perspective allows her to dive into the messiness of executive team dynamics while simultaneously holding strategic conversations about structure, change, and organizational evolution.
Nicole’s background in HR and organizational development means she can walk into complex situations and address both the leadership strategy and the systemic design questions that most consultants treat as separate issues. She helps leaders discover their unique purpose and translate that clarity into both individual leadership practices and organizational systems that support sustainable growth.
Nicole is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), certified Change Management Professional, and Purpose Factor® facilitator. She holds certifications in DiSC and multiple leadership assessment tools including Predictive Index and the Healthy Teams Tool.
Nicole lives in Falls Church, Virginia. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find her wakesurfing at the lake or exploring watercolors, practicing what she preaches about the power of presence and creating space for what brings joy.
