Her German precision and American energy are more than personal traits — they shape how she works. Maja quickly cuts to what matters, balances rigor with warmth and meets leaders where they are. She holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (ACTC) with the International Coaching Federation and is a certified DISC assessor for both individuals and teams. She grounds her practice in behavioral psychology, systems thinking, and the belief that fusing head and heart is the foundation of leading authentically.

Maja spent nearly two decades as a senior executive in global creative and technology agencies, leading teams across major business hubs including London, Amsterdam, New York, Portland and Singapore. She knows what it takes to perform under pressure, lead across cultures and navigate change at scale. That lived experience is what makes her consulting and coaching practical, direct and grounded in organizational reality.

Maja is based in the Netherlands and has lived and worked across three continents. She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Business Communications and actively mentors women in professional development.
