Becky Farone is an ICF PCC-credentialed executive coach and leadership advisor with 30 years of corporate experience at Microsoft, Nike, Starbucks, Kaiser Permanente, and Columbia Sportswear. She holds a BA from Tufts University and a master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon, and serves as an adjunct career advisor at the MIT Sloan School of Business.

Becky works with experienced leaders navigating transitions, leadership identity, and the kind of organizational complexity that doesn’t show up in job descriptions. She is known for her direct, practical approach — asking the question nobody else has thought to ask, and helping leaders find their way back to their own judgment.

She is based in the Portland, Oregon metro area and works with clients across the country.
