Wendy holds a Master of Arts in Counseling with an emphasis in Higher Education and Adult Learning. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CLCI) and a certified Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI) facilitator, which she integrates into her leadership and team development work to deepen self-awareness and strengthen collaboration. Wendy partners with individuals and organizations to find the best way forward, embracing all that humans bring to the table.

She lives in Columbus, Wisconsin, with her farmer husband, Jon, and their chocolate lab, Penny. When she’s not facilitating or coaching, you’ll likely find her traveling, reading, listening to podcasts, catching a Dave Matthews Band show, or tackling a good puzzle.
