Tara’s approach is informed by significant leadership experience. As Head of Talent Development at Hunt Oil Company for over a decade, she designed enterprise leadership strategies, led high-potential development programs, and evolved performance management initiatives that strengthened the organization’s leadership bench. She also held senior talent development roles at Intuit, Capital One, and JPMorgan Chase, gaining firsthand insight into how effective leadership and talent strategies support business performance.
Tara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Abilene Christian University, a Master of Business Administration from Angelo State University, and a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and is certified in a range of leadership assessment and development tools, including DISC, EQ-i 2.0, Stewart Leadership Lead Now! 360, and Stewart Leadership Executive Presence and Influence.
Tara lives in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with her fur baby, Daisy, and spends her free time traveling, enjoying great food, and going to the theater with family and friends.
