About Deepa Ramdas

Deepa Ramdas partners with organizations navigating growth, reform, or complexity to strengthen leadership, develop talent, and embed sustainable performance practices. As an executive coach, senior human capital consultant, and learning solutions specialist, she brings extensive international experience across financial institutions, development agencies, and government ministries.

She has advised the World Bank Group, the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and public sector entities on leadership development, performance strategy, and enterprise learning systems. Her portfolio includes global competency frameworks, curriculum design, and the implementation of scalable learning ecosystems.

Deepa coaches C-suite leaders, senior managers, and emerging professionals, supporting influence, clarity, and leadership through change. Her coaching is often embedded in broader learning and transformation initiatives and is known for being strategic, human-centered, and grounded in organizational realities.

Before founding her consulting practice, Nara, she spent nearly ten years with Deloitte, where she led human capital projects in international development, learning strategy, and organizational effectiveness. Her work spans Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas, supporting clients in both regional and global roles.

After a decade in Washington, D.C., Deepa now lives in London with her husband and young son. She holds a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration from Loyola Marymount University and a BA in Psychology and Pre-Medicine from Case Western Reserve University.
