Stephen Kopecky is a seasoned HR executive, business partner, and coach with over 25 years of experience driving organizational transformation and building high-performing teams. Known for his hands-on, collaborative approach, Stephen partners with leaders to streamline HR systems, improve data integrity, and create positive workplace cultures aligned with business goals. His diverse client portfolio includes major names like REV Group, Enerpac, and PALFINGER NA, where he has implemented impactful solutions in talent management, employee engagement, and compensation structure. 

Stephen’s career spans senior HR roles in complex global environments, including INNIO Waukesha Engine and Illinois Tool Works (ITW), where he learned a strategic approach to leveraging the 80/20 principle to simplify operations and prepare the organization for profitable growth. This approach allowed him to drive focused transformations that optimized resources, improved revenue per employee, and enhanced operational efficiency. 

An 11-year U.S. Navy veteran, Stephen is deeply committed to service, both professionally and in his community. He serves as a board member for Friends with Food (friendswithfoodwi.org), is a youth sports coach in the Village of Whitefish Bay, and is a past volunteer firefighter with the Village of Cascade.
