Kevin Song is a seasoned executive coach and organizational transformation consultant with more than 25 years of corporate and consulting experience across technology, healthcare, retail, hospitality, financial services, and media and entertainment. Kevin previously served in senior executive roles at globally admired companies, including Disney and Walmart, where he led enterprise-level organizational transformation, leadership development, talent strategy, and workforce insights. His work has spanned large-scale mergers and integrations, enterprise change initiatives, strategic workforce planning, and the design of leadership and operating models for complex, matrixed organizations. He has coached hundreds of senior executives and is highly effective at engaging leaders at the C-suite and board-adjacent level.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida and has completed extensive executive coaching and leadership training. He is ICF-trained and holds multiple certifications, including Hogan, EQ-i 360, organizational design, change management, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Kevin lives in the Orlando, Florida area with his family. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys staying active and fit, spending time outdoors, traveling, and exploring great food and local dining experiences.
