I facilitate solution-focused conversations, driving stronger partnerships, improved collaboration, and enhanced performance for both individuals and teams.
Most recently, I spent five years leading the Strengths program at Southwest Airlines, where I was responsible for its strategic development, execution, sustainment, and enterprise-wide integration. I designed and implemented a comprehensive measurement strategy to assess the program’s impact on employee engagement, team cohesion, and organizational performance. Using data-driven insights, I evolved the program to ensure long-term scalability and effectiveness. Through seamless integration into leadership development initiatives and enterprise learning strategies, I refined the program to ensure long-term success and scalability. I helped embed a strengths-based culture across all levels of the organization, and under my leadership, Southwest earned the Gallup Strengths-Based Culture Award for three consecutive years.
In addition, I serve on the Gallup Client Advisory Board and the Growth Institute Learning & Development Council, contributing to thought leadership in workplace development, engagement, and talent strategy.
