I have worked with professionals and leaders in both large corporations and small businesses, in a variety of
industries including financial services, banking, marketing, and operations. My client list spans all levels of
management, from first-time leaders and managers to C-suite executives. Some recent coaching assignments
include clients from Northwestern Mutual, Equitable, Charles Schwab, ASOS, United Way of Dallas, and
Baretz & Brunelle.
I have navigated a diverse career path, transitioning from operations and product management to roles in HR
and internal coaching. My expertise in strategic planning, project management, change management, and
matrix reporting enables me to connect effectively with clients and gain a deeper understanding of their
environment. My experience includes significant roles at Comerica Bank, Bank of America, HomeFed Bank,
and Bankers Trust.
Immediately prior to establishing my own coaching business, I led the executive development business for
Comerica Bank and was responsible for leadership development training, talent management & succession
planning, and internal coaching. I’ve coached more than 175 high-performing managers – approximately
85% of which were promoted into executive or senior leadership roles. Currently, I am certified as a
credentialed coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and serve on the Board of Directors for the
ICF – North Texas chapter.
