Matt Dombrowski possesses 30+ years of experience partnering with Senior Leaders and applying Organizational Effectiveness (OE) and Organization Development (OD) principles, methods, and tools to provide a broad range of customized solutions at the organization, team, and individual levels, to optimize an organization’s culture and performance.

Matt’s areas of expertise include Executive & Leadership Coaching, Strategic Planning, Organizational Assessments, Organization Design, Team Assessments & Coaching, High Performing Teams, Culture Transformation, Change Management, and Leadership Development.

Matt’s internal and external consulting experience includes a vast customer base across the private/for-profit sector, public/non-profit sector, Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs), not-for-profit sector, and non-profit sector, including Kaiser Permanente, RTX (Raytheon Technologies), MITRE, Lockheed Martin, SAIC, USAF, NIH, FDA, US Department of State, and The World Bank.

Matt holds a Master’s (MA) in Organization Development from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Degree in Finance from Saint Bonaventure University.

Matt and his wife, Peggy, reside in Leesburg, VA (within the Washington DC Metropolitan Area). Matt has enjoyed travel to numerous USAF bases including Patrick AFB/Cape Canaveral and Vandenberg AFB, Saudi Arabia, and various US locations on business as well as Hong Kong, Japan, Canada, Russia and multiple Europe/Scandinavian/Nordic countries on family travel.
