In coaching others, Deb uses her keen awareness of differing energy levels within a conversation. She also knows how to leverage relationship system intelligence to effectively communicate with leaders from start-ups through the Fortune 500.

Throughout her leadership journey at premier organizations like NCR, McGladrey, UnitedHealth Group, and Wells Fargo, Deb has successfully led virtual teams to achieve the company’s high-priority goals. She’s built trust, engaged others in collaboration, helped solidify values, vision, and mission by facilitating strategic planning, and created high-performance teams. As a team coach and systems consultant, Deb serves as a collaboration catalyst to tap a team’s wisdom, potential, and energy. Deb enjoys time with family, kayaking, traveling, woodland walks, music, and photographing stunning sunsets and Northern Lights. She lives in Minnesota with her husband, Larry, and goldendoodle, Jax.
