She has expertise in essential sectors like CPG, Retail/eCommerce, Fintech, and B2B SaaS, and has held notable leadership roles at organizations like Razorfish, Engauge (acquired by Publicis), and Atlanticus.

Teresa actively contributes to the development of future leaders as a mentor coach for OnBoard and the UGA Digital Marketing Competition. Her coaching approach, blending empathy and grounded leadership, inspires excellence and personal fulfillment. An avid golfer, yoga enthusiast, and family-oriented individual, Teresa embodies a balance of professional ambition and personal joy, encouraging her clients to do the same.

Teresa holds a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and an MBA from Georgia State University. She is a Certified Executive Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching (CEC) and holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Additionally, Teresa is certified in Wiley’s PXT Select Assessments, and Positive Intelligence mental fitness coaching, and is a Five Behaviors Authorized Partner based on Patrick Lencioni’s work, “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.” Her diverse certifications enable her to address a wide range of challenges, guiding leaders and teams toward sustained high performance.
