Abby Allen is a collaborative and results-driven leader who helps teams and organizations align, transform, and thrive.  With a 20-year track record of driving successful organization design and development to improve business performance, her experience spans diverse industries and includes private, public, and nonprofit organizations. She partners with executives, senior leadership, and teams of all sizes to design and implement strategy, cultivate leaders, improve processes, and optimize performance. She is passionate about understanding what works and building strategies that harness existing strengths. 

She possesses a unique blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities, enabling her to effectively partner within and across all levels of an organization. Abby leverages data analytics and visualization, stakeholder engagement, communications, and agile program management to deliver measurable outcomes. Her experience encompasses leading large-scale change initiatives, developing and implementing strategic plans, goals, and objectives, optimizing cross-functional processes, and fostering a culture of high performance, all while enabling clients to navigate complex organizational challenges. 

Abby holds a Master of Science in Positive Organization Development from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Management from Goucher College. She also holds several certifications in executive coaching and emotional intelligence (and the LEAD NOW! assessment).
