Mark Robinson is an organization development professional with over 20 years of experience as a transformational change leader and trusted advisor, providing executive level guidance for significant culture change, strategy execution and organization design projects. His passion comes from his client’s success.
As an internal organization development executive, Mark served on various functional leadership teams which were often matrixed. Organizations included Harley-Davidson, Baxter Healthcare, NCR and Northwestern Mutual.
Mark’s work has included:
- Leading the change management approach for an organization design effort of a marketing function requiring global, region and country alignment.
- Designing and leading the process and change management plan for a global field role organization design effort, emphasizing a more customer-centric approach
- Developing the governance model, stakeholder analysis and strategy alignment process for a transformational change in the retail strategy.
- Enabling the startup of AP Regional Headquarters in Singapore to take place a year early through leadership coaching, role clarification, team and leadership development.
His clients appreciate his ability to leverage solid, proven techniques and experience in order to provide customized solutions based on their needs, size and culture. These clients include fortune 500 organizations as well as smaller companies and non-profits.
Mark’s strengths include being able to relate just as well to senior executives as to any employee in the organization. If true culture change is desired, Mark has a deep understanding of what it will take and extensive experience making sure those shifts happen, starting with leaders.
In addition to graduating from the University of Maine with a degree in business, Mark has an MBA and a Masters of Organization Development from Bowling Green State University. He also has numerous change management certifications, including those from Prosci, LaMarsh and Daryl Conner.
Mark grew up in Maine yet currently lives in the Milwaukee area with his wife Deanna and two teenage daughters.
