Edward Keyes brings 20+ years of professional experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, Executive Leadership Consulting and Coaching. Edward has extensive experience helping clients identify, understand, and solve why the various aspects of their businesses are not performing as desired. His deep experience crosses a wide swath of industries including Manufacturing, Entertainment, HealthCare, Education, Food and Beverage and Technology.

He believes that the ability to sit with leaders and engage in honest, insightful and effective discovery conversations form the cornerstone of an effective engagement and trusting relationship.

For the last decade, he has been the VP Business Development for USC Consulting Group where he focused on the organizational development and leadership coaching of executives in the manufacturing sector. Before that, Edward co-owned a boutique consulting firm that specializes in delivering human capital and leadership development coaching and training across a wide spectrum of industries.

Earlier in his career, he served as a VP Client Services/Business Development for Boston Private Bank where he guided high net-worth individuals and organizations to manage their investments and human capital objectives. Edward also spent several years at RSM McGladrey where he focused on the accounting and tax related needs of mid-sized private and public companies.

During Edward’s time as Regional Market Director at Vistage (www.vistage.com) he was co-responsible for the Chair Training and Development, Membership Selection, Marketing and Branding as well as Business Development for new and existing group builds. He supported the western portion of the United States and has been a Vistage Certified facilitator since 2008.

Edward began his career in Hollywood in the mailroom and the agent training program. He became a talent agent and co-represented actors such as Keifer Sutherland and Drew Barrymore before moving on to work in motion picture production at Paramount Pictures. His Entertainment experience has led to his ability to relate and support the needs of creatives as well as traditional business focused leaders.

Edward’s interest in Organizational Development and Leadership training began during his undergraduate work at the University of Southern California and continued as he completed his Masters degree in Communication Management from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Keyes resides in Los Angeles and enjoys watching his beloved USC Trojan Football team.
