Trevor Nagle, Ph.D., has devoted nearly three decades working in the areas of leadership, leader development, and organizational culture. He specializes in developing individuals to grow organizations to their fullest capacity, focusing on individual, team, and organization-level assessment and solutions.

With over 25 years of leadership experience in for-profit, non-profit, and governmental settings, Trevor brings a perspective rich in understanding interpersonal dynamics and the impact of individual preferences, strengths, and weaknesses on organizational effectiveness. He specializes at blending demonstrated data-driven knowledge with practical applications in a way that speaks to the unique needs and situations facing clients. He has worked as an internal and external coach and consultant to such client organizations such as Saudi Aramco, American Family Insurance, Wisconsin Physicians Services, Deerfield Academy, Edgewood College, numerous state and local government entities, and within the Department of Defense.

In addition to his work as a practitioner and consultant, Trevor has held higher education graduate teaching and leadership roles in Organization Development and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. He also currently serves as a Reserve HR Officer in the United States Navy, where he engages in workforce analytics and succession planning efforts.

Trevor holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, a Master’s in Public Administration, and a Doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. He is certified in numerous individual and organizational analysis instruments and approaches. His on-going research focuses on leadership & risk taking, as well as veterans’ issues.

Originally from Wisconsin, Trevor now resides in Santa Rosa, California, with his fiancé JoDee and their 3 dogs.
