Lynn Coady manages and supports the assessment center experience and online presence for Stewart Leadership. Over the past twenty-five years, she has served in a variety of human resources positions developing management and leadership training, teaching technology, communications, and leadership courses, and consulting with managers and executives.

Lynn believes in unlocking the potential in people by helping managers articulate clear expectations and give effective feedback. Clients value her can-do attitude and calm demeanor as she supports the assessment center activity. Lynn’s years of responding to internal client’s needs and her background in information technology help her provide an outstanding client experience.

Early in her career, Lynn saw the value of executive coaching with a small, family-owned publishing company. Executive coaching created the platform for strategic initiatives that led to expanded product lines and leadership in safety compliance technology. Today, J.J. Keller is the trusted name for federal safety and human resources compliance solutions and is one of the largest family owned companies in Wisconsin.

Working as an internal management trainer for a global tissue manufacturer, Lynn delivered 360° assessments and related training and coaching. Fort Howard Paper was non-union, a rare environment in the paper industry, and the tone of the leadership training reflected the desire to treat people with respect.   Lynn facilitated team building for the engineers and craft professionals who were assigned to install one of the largest tissue production machines in the world. The successful installation resulted in production efficiencies that led to higher opening IPO pricing.

As Vice President Human Resources for Acuity, a regional property and casualty insurance company, Lynn has experienced the benefits of leadership assessments and executive team building. A finely-tuned executive team re-engineered the structure and culture of the company resulting in turnover averaging only 1% for over a dozen years. Under her tenure, the Great Place to Work Institute placed Acuity in the top five companies to work for, ten years in a row. The accolades attracted top graduates and seasoned insurance professionals. High caliber employees at every level produced exceptional corporate financial performance.

Lynn graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Business Administration, emphasis in Human Resource Management and later attended Lakeshore Technical College graduating with a degree in Information Technology.

Lynn lives near Sheboygan, Wisconsin with her husband Joe.
